Meet IdrissaIdrissa Sidibe is BBC's owner and chef. After living for 10 years in the United States, Idrissa moved back to Mali to launch Bamako Barbecue Chicken (BBC) and fulfill his dream of creating a restaurant that blends fresh locally grown ingredients with a contemporary, American-Malian menu.
Along with being an amazing chef, Drissa is a certified welder . He hand-built the custom grills and smokers at BBC. He developed all of his recipes from scratch- including BBC's custom sauces. His culinary ideas are inspired by the favorite meals he's tasted and created with friends while traveling the world including Jamaican Jerk Chicken, American Beef Brisket, and Thai Ghost-Pepper hot-sauce. Stop by and try Drissa's delicious food and you can also learn more about his adventures. |
